This is the place for Community Concert Series and Local Theater Groups to perform.
The Chamber of Commerce, and Churches also rent the Flickinger Center. All schools use the facility free of charge.

At the northern end of the Chihuahuan Desert lies a mountain ringed valley, the Tularosa Basin. Rising from the heart of this basin is one of the world's great natural wonders - the glistening white sands of New Mexico. Here, great wave-like dunes of gypsum sand have engulfed 275 square miles of desert and have created the world's largest gypsum dune field.

LINCOLN NATIONAL FOREST

The Lincoln contains four ranger districts (Smokey Bear, Cloudcroft, Guadalupe, and Mayhill), includes three major mountain ranges (Sacramento, Guadalupe, and Capitan), and covers 1,103,44l acres in parts of four counties in southeastern New Mexico. Elevations of 4.000 to 11,500 feet pass through five different life zones from Chihuahuan desert to subalpine forest. Vegetation ranges from rare cacti in the lower elevations to blue spruce in the highest areas.

The Space Center is a Space Museum, Planetarium, IMAX Dome Theater, and International Space Hall of Fame.
